      Manual photo guidelines

      The photograph must have a plain white or light-colored background. The facial features must clearly occupy 70% to 80% of the image area with a full frontal view and both ears visible. Regular prescription spectacles are permitted only if there is no glare or reflection on the lenses. Caps, hats, masks, or tinted sunglasses are strictly forbidden.
