General Requirements

A recent color photograph is required. The face must be clearly visible with a natural expression. The photo should not be signed by the candidate.

  • The photograph must have a plain white background. The face must cover 3/4th (75%) of the photo area, with a full frontal view, head centered, and both ears visible. The photo should be recent. No uniforms, dark glasses, or head coverings (unless for religious reasons, but the face must be fully visible).

Rules & Ink

  • The candidate must sign three times, one below the other, on a plain white paper with a Black Ink pen. The scanned image must contain all three signatures. Dimensions should be between 350x350 and 500x500 pixels for the final image. Size: 20-100 KB.
